Riley Signs. We have been in business since 1984, starting with twelve years in the Collins Axe Factory, Collinsville, CT, then five in Granby, CT, and now in our new and expanded facility in Barkhamsted, CT. Founded on the principle that "patience still has it's rewards", we believe that a job well done is worth the extra time and effort required. Wood carving, hand lettering, illustration, and gilding (gold leaf application) are still done with "old world" methods. We also have computer technology, enhancing our design and production capabilities. We supply a wide variety of sign products including multiple castings of original woodcarvings, decorative wrought iron mounting hardware, dimensional letters, (available in wood, metal, plastic, stone and other materials) neon, cast plaques, banners, flags, magnetic signs, and vinyl graphics for vehicles.

We also offer the services of our own graphic design department. We produce full color scale drawings for zoning and committee approval. If needed, we can help create an image for your business (i.e. "logo") that may be used in conjunction with your stationery and advertising needs. We can manage their production as well. When the sign reflects the same image that the advertising and paperwork have, the message is more consistent, professional, and effective.

Over the years our clients have included municipalities, churches, civic organizations, museums, architects, land planners, property managers, "Fortune 500" companies, as well as shopping centers, stores, offices, restaurants, and other small businesses. We also resell to other sign makers, contractors, and advertising agencies.

You are welcome to visit our facility across the street and just west of the Log House Restaurant on Rt. 44 between New Hartford and Winsted, CT.
